I completed a pair of illustrations for the Anne Arundel Bird Club's April-May 2022 newsletter, in addition to editorial work and layout. The first image includes a map of Maryland with five species – either native to Maryland or which migrate through Maryland – over the location of an upcoming birding trip.
The illustration below is a Rufous-tailed Hummingbird, included in an article about an upcoming Zoom presentation on cacao farming's impact on bird populations. The Rufous-tailed Hummingbird is one of many species that nest and inhabit the trees of cacao farms.
